CWA - Domestic New Supply
Documents needed:
- Title Deed — copy plus the original, which is returned after verification
- Copy of National ID Card of applicant/Proxy/Landlord/Owner/Heirs
- 2 Copies of Site/Location plan
- Building and Land Use Permit — see Building and Land Use Permit (BLP)
If you are not the owner:
- Letter of Authorisation from the owner, plus the owner's ID card
- Tenants also need the rent book
Fees

| Installation fee | Rs 2,200 over and above the processing fee |
⚠️ Budget Rs 2,700, not Rs 500 — the installation fee is charged in addition. Long connections from a distant main may cost more; confirm with CWA. See Financing Your House.
